INclusion.  SYSTER Project Blacks in Tech (BIT) initiatives aim to braid support systems and resources to expand student pathways towards community college and paid internship opportunities in technology careers. STEM advocates and STEAM stakeholders in education, TV, entertainment, media & arts collaborate to increase diversity, equity, INclusion and student success through career prep, job fairs, tech camps, INclusive economic empowerment, after school activities & more.
